When Olga was seventeen years old she was brought over to the USA in 1914 by her twenty-three year old brother Otto, along with her twenty year old brother Ferdinand. Olga and Ferd traveled overland from Plock, Kingdom of Poland, Russia to Warsaw, and then to Bremen, Germany and then boarded on May 16, 1914 the ship "SS Prinz Friedrich Wilhelm" of the North German Lloyd Steamship Line and sailed on May 17, 1914 to New York City, arriving on 25 May 1914 at Ellis Island.

Olga and August attended, met, and married in the Daisy Ave. German Church of God of Cleveland, OH--the Pastor was the Rev. Karl Giesser who married them

August was born August 23, 1895 in Plock, Kingdom of Poland, Russia. When August was seventeen years old he came to the USA in 1912. August traveled overland from Plock, Kingdom of Poland, Russia to Warsaw, and then to Hamburg, Germany and boarded the ship "SS Patricia" of the Hamburg-American Steamship Line. He sailed to New York City, and arrived October 10, 1912 at Ellis Island. August's name was August Kondrat, but was changed legally.

August became a USA citizen March 8, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio.

August died 24 November 1989 in Florida.
