FAMILY NOTES:

Otto came to the USA in 1913. He then helped bring his brother Ferdinard, and his sister Olga over to the USA in 1914.  Otto traveled overland from Plock, Kingdom of Poland, Russia to Bremen, Germany and on May 9, 1913 boarded the ship "SS Giessen" of the North German Lloyd Steamship Line and sailed to New York City, NY arriving May 22, 1913 at Ellis Island, NY.  The passenger list states the following: "Name, Otto Heise; Ethnicity, Russian-German; Place of Residence, Misewo, Russia; Date of Arrival, 22 May 1913; Age on Arrival, 22 y; Gender, male; Martial Status, single; Ship of Travel, Giessen; Port of Departure, Bremen, Germany."

Otto arrived in Cleveland, Ohio around September 15, 1913.

Otto and Juliana attended and married in the Daisy Ave. German Church of God in Cleveland, Ohio.  The Pastor was the Rev. Karl Giesser who married them.

Otto became a USA citizen April 30, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Juliana was born about 1895 in the Kingdom of Poland, Russia and died in 1932 in a car accident on the way from Cleveland, Ohio to Niagara Falls, New York.

Johanna was born August 7, 1904 in Harpen, Germany.  When Johanna was twenty-one years old she came to the USA in 1925.  She traveled overland from Harpen, Germany to Bremen, Germany and boarded the ship "SS America" of the United States Steamship Line.  She sailed to New York City, and arrived September 11, 1925 at Ellis Island.

Johanna arrived in Cleveland, Ohio around December 21, 1925.

Johanna became a USA citizen June 30, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio.
